   Purchased a Day & Night Watch from CW Sellors here in UK. I had to return it to them as it looked like the movement may have been swapped out or wasn’t genuine. They sent my watch to Alex Shorokhoff and they remedied it without a hitch.
   My watch is now in my possession and all I can say is that it is so beautiful I was moved to tears. Yes, that does sound a bit over the top but I will try to explain it briefly.
   Remember the Tears For Fears song, ‘Woman In Chains’…the lyric…”the sun and the moon, the wind and the rain..”
   My partner and I adore that tune, and so, when I chanced upon this watch, complete with a sun on the day section and the moon on the night section of the dial, it resonated! Big time!
   But I really did not expect the quality of this timepiece to be so exceptionally good!
   In fact, it is so, so good that I’ve now purchased the Milanese strap from the brand to upgrade its entirety.
   Sadly, I lost my partner back in 2009, but now, everytime I wear this on special occasions, I will remember him. And remember he and I singing along to our treasured song together.
   A beautiful, beautiful watch that will now serve me as a constant reminder of my beautiful partner.
   I have found a timepiece that not only represents so much for me, but that I’ve also formed an emotional attachment to for what it represents.
   A top quality experience all round.
   Thank you so much Alexander and the team at Shorokhoff for everything they have done to rectify the initial problem and hence provide me with my treasured new timepiece. Steve
